Our Story

The Social Project Collection was born from the same idea that built our space - real life doesn’t fit into neat categories, and neither should what you wear.

Early mornings, cold starts, long days, late sessions - we wanted gear that could keep up with all of it. Not just something you throw on for the gym, and not just something you wear out - but pieces that move seamlessly between both.

Built for the heavy sessions, the coffee runs, the workdays, and everything in between, our merch is designed to be lived in. Durable enough to train in, comfortable enough to stay in, and versatile enough to go wherever your day takes you.

Because for us, it’s never just about the workout - it’s about the lifestyle around it.

Shipping & Returns

How much does shipping cost?

For orders under $100, a shipping fee of $10.00 will be charged. However, all orders over $100 will be delivered for free, allowing you to save on shipping costs and enjoy complimentary delivery.

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery within New Zealand typically takes 2–4 business days after your order has been dispatched.

Orders are generally processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days.

All orders are shipped via NZ Post.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can track your parcel using the link provided in the email through NZ Post.

Do deliveries require a signature?

Most deliveries are sent without a signature required. Your courier driver may leave the parcel in a safe place at your delivery address.

If you are concerned about this, we recommend using a work address or an address where someone is available to receive the parcel.

Can I return my order?

All orders can be returned within 30 days.

Items must be:

  • Unworn
  • In original condition
  • With all original tags attached

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is fault

What if my item doesn’t fit?

If your item doesn’t fit and you would like a different size, please contact us to check stock availability. Once we receive your return, we will arrange an exchange or store credit depending on availability.

Can I return an item if I change my mind?

Yes. We accept change-of-mind returns within 30 days of receiving your order, provided the item is returned in original condition with tags attached.

Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable and return shipping is at the customer’s expense.

Can I return sale items?

Sale items can be returned for exchange or store credit only.

Items marked Final Sale cannot be returned or exchanged.

What if my item is faulty or damaged?

If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us within 60 days of purchase. We will arrange a repair, replacement, or refund in line with New Zealand consumer law.
